Rutgers University Unions Reach Tentative Agreement on 4/14
Greetings Bargaining for the Common Good network members and allies:

On 4/14/2023, after a historic, first of its kind strike – Rutgers workers suspended their strike after a tentative framework was accepted.

Of course, this is not the end and bargaining will continue until a fair contract is won for all.

We stand in solidarity with the over 9000 workers across 3 unions and almost a half a dozen campuses across New Jersey in their fight for the common good.

Check out the list of demands to see how Rutgers AAUP-AFT, PTLFC, and AAUP-BHSNJ is fighting for community safety and dignity not just for Rutgers workers, but the entire community.
